Europe favored at Ryder Cup

September 28th, 2010 by

As the top European and American golfers travel to the K Club oddsmakers have made the European squad the favorite. It is predicted that the American team will not be able to keep up with Europe’s combination of young talent and seasoned veterans. Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods are favorites to yield the most points, even though Tiger has not found his game this year. There is no doubt that the Americans have a capable team. Jim Furyk is coming of a win of the FEDEX Cup and Phil Mickelson seemed to find his putting stroke last week.

The Ryder Cup has become continually more competitive over the last decade. It appears that the 2010 installment will not be any different. The Ryder Cup will air live in the early morning hours this Friday.
