Match play brings the best, except Mickelson

When Phil decided to skip the WGC Match Play Championship this week he probably didn’t know how well he would be playing. The golf course at Dove Mountain is long and showcases some difficult greens. With the top ranked golfers competing in the same event for the first time this year, someone will not only earn a big check but valuable ranking points as well. After Riviera last week, Keegan Bradley may have something to prove. The player to watch may be Sergio Garcia.  He has returned to form and carded an incredible 64 on Sunday at Riviera. The match play format allows players to take risks they would normally avoid, making it interesting to watch. With five days of action, golf fans are surely in for some surprises and incredible shots.
