Job summary:
Ensures a positive golfing experience for guests by providing information and assistance on the course.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize course utilization by managing pace of play
- Facilitate a better understanding of the game by educating members on and enforcing course rules
- Assist with members’ games by informing them of course conditions and layout
- Maintain member safety by providing assistance on the course
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist members and guests in the pro shop and near clubhouse area
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service oriented environment, preferably in the golf/hospitality/service industry
- Must be able to operate golf carts and other machinery safely
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, co-workers and management
- Valid driver’s license required
