Job summary:
Responsible for providing assistance to the Food Server, transporting trays and serving food, restocking and resetting tables in a quiet and organized manner, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Removes soiled dishes, place settings and glassware and delivering same to dishwashing station
- Assists Servers in resetting tables by providing clean linens, dishes, place settings and glassware
- Maintains smooth dining room operations by verifying adequate stock of clean linens, dishes, place settings and glassware, maintaining a clean and orderly food and beverage area and removing trash throughout the day
- Utilize “ACE Service Absolutes” by acknowledging, greeting and thanking all members and guests
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain order in the dining area by operating heavy carts and trays
- Maintain effective communication skills by interacting professionally with members, guests and co-workers
- Implement and support all AGC initiatives and programs as directed by management
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
