Job summary:
Duties include Cooking and managing a staff of 3 for the Grill and general Food & Beverage operations. Must be ServSafe Certified or obtain certification within 90 days. The Candidate must also be able to cook for and organize banquets for up to 120 customers. Must be computer literate and be proficient in Excel for scheduling. Scheduled days will include Saturday and Sunday.
