Provide customer service to members and guests by greeting and directing them in person and on the telephone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve the needs of members and guests arriving at the clubhouse by offering assistance, information, directions by acknowledging, greeting and thanking all members and guests.
- Answer incoming calls, taking messages, transferring calls or making reservations as needed
- Maintain member roster and website by updating with additions, deletions and changes
- Handle escalated member/guest service issues in a prompt and effective manner
- Provide leadership of reception staff by training, scheduling, directing and evaluating other Receptionists
- Maintain an orderly reception area by organizing workspace and maintaining general supplies
- Provide assistance to other departments by performing administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma and 2 years of related experience in customer service, hospitality or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to operate the following equipment: computer, fax machine, copy machine
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an even demeanor, be outgoing, friendly and proactive
