Titleist warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced, at Titleist's option. If the purchase date is not available, this warranty shall begin on the date of manufacture. To obtain warranty benefits, the product claimed to be defective and a statement of the defect must be forwarded to Titleist within the warranty period. Titleist will examine the product to determine the extent of warranty application, in its discretion. All returns must include a return authorization number on the exterior of the package.
