Alondra Park Golf Course Announces $1 Million Clubhouse and Event Space Renovation
American Golf Corporation Advances Capital Improvement Project in Partnership with Los Angeles County
LAWNDALE, Calif. — Alondra Park Golf Course has entered the funding phase of a $1 million interior renovation of its clubhouse, encompassing the private event space, coffee shop, bar, and patio areas. The project, managed by American Golf Corporation in partnership with Los Angeles County, is the most substantial capital investment at the facility since American Golf assumed management on January 1, 2023.
Renovation Timeline
Design and planning work for the Alondra Park clubhouse renovation began in August 2023. Construction is expected to begin in late Q3, continuing into Q1.
A Continuation of Ongoing Improvements
The renovation builds on a series of facility improvements American Golf Corporation has completed under General Manager Adam Hill since taking over operations at Alondra Park Golf Course. The project is funded through the course’s capital improvement fund, which directs a portion of green fee revenue from every round played into ongoing reinvestment in the course and its facilities. American Golf Corporation credits Los Angeles County with establishing this funding structure, which provides a sustained resource for asset improvement at the course.
